Company Introduction

The company was incorporated in october 1992 in new york as small corporation. In 1994 the company stepped into pager and cellular phone business. During 1996, it opened its first and main retail store in mount kisco, new york and became an authorized dealer for at&t. During 1997-98 the company opened two more retail stores in yorktown heights and in yonkers, new york and started doing activations for nextel and mci as their authorized dealer. With the inception of nextel repair program in 2002, the company was selected to be one of the authorized repair center for nextel. Since then we have been doing all in-house repairs for all motorola iden phones. We repair all in warranty and out of warranty units. All repairs from speakers to microphones, from antennas to complete housing including flips are done at our location. We average about 125 to 150 repairs in a month. These numbers include the walk in customers. We are projecting a substantial monthly increase after the company becomes an authorized repair center for motorola. At present the company has two trained technicians who repair phones besides a team of skilled and experienced workers who maintain seed stock and occupy the front desk to activate and sell cellular phones and accessories.
